[the studio] Vordtriede & Company provides residential design, consultant management, construction feasibility, and permit expediting services. We work with a talented team of trusted collaborators, allowing V&C to efficiently scale up, down, or sideways to fit the needs of any project.
[the person] Timothy received a Bachelor's of Architecture degree from Roger Williams University in 2004. He has been collaborating on residential developments, commercial tenant improvements, scenic design and construction, predominantly in Southern California since 2006. He is well-versed in wood, concrete, and steel construction techniques, along with custom woodworking and welding for custom furnishings & finishes.
